Yesterday was a longlasting, but really fun and interesting day! It started out with presentations from all of the participants, everyone had done the prework task different! Social entrepreneurship is a difficult concept! Finland had really the hardest deffinition calling social entrepreneurship "an establishment that employes at least 30% disabled people"! Funny thing too, we are in Finland, but there are NO Fins participating at NBEW! The girls "from" Finland are from Russia, Vietnam and US! After all the presentations we were divided into groups across countries and we are supposed to work in these groups for the next days. As an input to the work we are gonna do in the groups, the last lecture for the day was about communication. I've trough the years heard a lot of talking about communication and theories about working together, but seldom by a guy that is so good at communicating himself! Think I could talk for the whole class when I say that he was really interesting and a pleasure to listen to! He talked for more than one hour in a classroom emptied for air and to a class tired out, but he got our attention! Reidar Wasenius is the man! Later in the evening we all got togheter to explore Finnish cultur! The sweet Russian girls were our guides and got us safe to a nearby pub were we got to know each other and had a few beers. Nice day!

Today we woke up really early! Finnish time is one hour in front of the Norwegian time, so breakfast at eight, was kinda too early. Eric and Svein Eric arrived late for breakfast, but after a while we hurried away to Arcada University. We were the first team there. And registrations were open until 11:00!! We could have slept for many more hours!! After this the teachers; Henry and the vice principal Tom Lund at the school held some introductions and opening speaches. Then it was our turn to giva a presentation about our country and our school. No problemo!! Norway is the best country in the world, so it's never hard to tell people about it! After all the participants had shown their presentations we were done for the day. Heading back to the hotel we popped into a small market and got some food and beers! The rest of the day we spent at our rooms, drinking a bit and later we went to the nearest kebab store and got late nite subways with two Danish guys ;) Now we are fixing the rest of the presentation for tomorrow, Silje and I in our pyjamas ;) Annicken
